...n . And u have to implement., Koreans will ask only for results in numbers.... No proper appraisal , Salary Hike Company/ HR policies not supporting staff. Management is not transparent. HOD's are hired to just nod their heads, they can't speak up or their mouths have been shut by Koreans.

I worked over there almost 2 years , Had a great time over there , manager ,teammates,hr are nice CTC is average Be assusred extra benefits are something you will really appericated This company will help you to grow personally as well Processionally

Autocratic Korean management . Spineless HR and Indian management. Koreans are shouting like road fighting from there cabin No Posh committee. Receptionist beat Trade manager in office with sandal and went away.No one dared to question the trade manager .Not even HR HEAD who was present there.They targetted Receptionist.

there managers are very arrogant and do politics in the office and its impact the employees, team members. This creats the bad impression and worsen the work environment. I have no complain with the company but after appointing a new Assistant manager SACHIN GARUDE for Accounts payable department the growth has stop. He only needs PUPPETS around him. He likes people who move there heads according to him. after working for 4yrs and contributing to setting up the process I was not appreciated.

The Us Export Documentation Manager Mr Ashfaq Zombadkar is one of the best manager to work under. He maintain harmony among the team and make each and every team member comfortable. Overall Hmm benefits are very good like team outing. Overall it was great experience to work with HMM. HR Amol Waghmare is also very much supportive.

Appraisal policy needs to be improved. HMM is giving appraisal on the basis of quantity and not on quality.
