Best company for local peoples.
Dislikes
Less salary. They paid 15200rs for freshers apprentice trainee Even if you have experience in non IT and IT. All plants in near Kia jobs looted by the recommendation of senior employees in every company. No latented people hiring only recommendation works here.
There is no proper planning for work.
No learning activity , improper HR activity. Future grow is worst . No Special Transportation for Overtime workers . Terrible Food & Transportation Facility.

HR policy, salary slab is not updated after 2014 and Increment are delayed like 10-11 months every year.
Still stuck with loads of paperwork.
No improvement in technology.
Can get promoted if you know Telugu.
Appraisal is completely based on how you praise your boss.
Few Korean are racist and HR will never take action even if there is verbal or physical abuse from Korean.
Indian top management are scared of Koreans like school kids, so join only if you wanna be in High school again.
If you're a one company for life kinda person, well this one's the company to be in. You have tremendous job security. Work loads are manageable and there isn't any frenquent pressure from your higher authorities. The company culture is pretty chill.
Work life balance goes for a toss sometimes. Career growth is super slow and also make sure you negotiate your salary well before you join, cause after that you might not see a considerable rise as per market standards. Promotions are mainly in the hands of the managers as always. So managers pets and people who keep pestering for promotions are the ones who get it. All the processes are tedious without a valid reason, these could be automated but the company chooses to do it the old fashioned way. There is a considerable amount of politics within the Indian employees that is chocking the company. Also the people here are so thrown back that they do not care about the future growth or wellbeing of the company. There is an immense possiblity of growth and it only saddens me to see it go to waste.
