My Korean boss are very generous, and reasonable persons. The salary and appraisal was excellent. It is like a 2nd family to me. And i learned many things and very supportive and understanding. They fairly investigate if their some issue.

Dislikes

Some of the staff are jealousy and some especially admin are making money they will delay you visa, or ATM, Uniform. you need to pay them just to expedite and they will process it. especially Indian admin staff no all some. And admin security. It a common and tradition. if you complain they make allegation and another making issue. like my ATM and visa before when you were new i pay 40kd for my visa and ATM. I like Hyundai but not all personnel are clean. and i pay for may winter jacket 5kd. But not all site are same. But those people are no longer in Hyundai. It was before in my previous project.

...es for staff while they should provide more facilities such this country (Iraq). we are working here at high risk but company don't providing compensation and insurance. contract between company and employee is for 2 years and if any person break the contract, they deduct too much money (around 1200 USD).

...pensation for Us . Also we feel bad regarding medical or casual leave facility .If you feel ill and if you absent for duty it will be loss of pay ..Also we need atleast 8 medical or casual leave for one year contract period

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US based client and the have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attends client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my did-year appraisals,. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks lime me have to fuide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Actually I am working for a project.(project basis) for the project staff they are providing limited facilities but for the Permanent staff they are providing good salary, facilities..all things in better level. Their working hours 7.00 am to 6.00 pm 06 days for week for locals.But for the korian staff working hrs less than us (as per the korian law). satisfaction depend on relevant Admin & HR department management style and behavior and attitude of Project leader. for some factors I like., dislike factors too. when considering multicultural factors it is good. fairly it is medium for me. because of leadership style , communication, problem solving ,team work, understanding critical situations etc.

Every project,every job we can learn new thing, new cultures, lesson learnt, gain new experiences, share my knowledge with them etc. finally it is different experience for me.But I love to work in overseas.
