Strict office hours if less than 9 hours in office premises salary detection. Strict shift hours. Not operated as IT , more like manufacturing. No flexibliting . All depends on the team we work. No cab facility.

Only the salary part that to they are going to pay for my job nothing else. Worst culture I have ever seen.

Nothing have wasted my 5 months in my career it's not a office it is kind of a school setup. You should not leave the office in the evening without informing your HOD. They use to tretend you with termination mails in spite there are lots of process gaps and Zero automation in HR Process.

Again I feeling with school day life.. Morning 7:30 Am to Evening 6:00 PM for working hours.. Break time only 7 mins for morning and evening.. Lunch time only 45 mins

Too bad work culture, they don't even know how to hire a suitable candidate for the position and on board them to projects. Employees have to work on projects without any Knowledge transfer by existing team.The worst management ever I have seen in my entire life.
