...to support HYG global manufacturing plants. All are indian mentality management. 10 % salary of your package they locked every month to square employee. Not good company to work. This company is ok only for fresher to gain experience for six months to one year.

Lots of opportunities to learn & company passes on lots of work for you to perform at

...g a lot more from employee with little benefits being passed on to the employee. Will shower you with praises but will neglect the compensation side. No opportunity for growth in the India division. Everyone in India office works for their overseas plants so all benefits are transferred to their overseas employees & the people working here just leave after a couple of years when they realise they are not getting any benefit despite working for many years with 110% output!
