I wish I can see people I work with more often. We work completely remote so socializing with people in person I work with is limited.

Nothing , lack of goals, lack of a fully functional product, lack of credible leadership

Everything , they lack everything. employees are fired at will....they are not paid their dues on time...the firing happens verbally and they refuse to provide anything in written

Sometimes back I got a offer for Senior Data Scientist Role, It was just a day to join the organization, the HR called me and told that we are not going ahead with you. Just a warning for the new joinee don't be allured by their false words.

Poor work culture. No clear cut policy. Managemnt only worry about compny profit and valuatition. Employs has no voice
