It is a advice to fresher engineer don't join this company. On festival seniors went to home but I was working on site alone. But still no credits given.

I like the most about my company, it's working culture .Here I get more opportunities to grow up my teachnical knowledge& comunication skills. Our senior is very helpful for achieving knowledge.

I have no points regarding this question. Because, From last 4 years, I have gained knowledge about the operation, maintinance & erection work. And get opportunity likes, I visited 6-7 different sites of our company & work their & get knowledge. So I can say that there is no point where I could say anything about it.

The owner is a highly egoist person who does not listen to his employees and always thinks he is right. Many employees have left because of his attitude. There is no career opportunity.

Good support from the management. Good place to work. Managerial support Gives me more strength to do enough and raise my standard of work every single days. Good flexibility of oppertunities for my job profile, I think this company is growing well in water treatment sector.

Working hour is not fixed it depend on your work and target. #No OT
