Shop floor is good because only assembly is done here. There's no any machine shop. Due to that atmosphere is good. At shop floor there is No continueous noise, No high heat. Saturday Sunday off. Sometimes plan on Saturday Sunday for target completion and give overtime money.

Not getting personal improvement. New employees joining gets good salary & they left within 1 year. But long time spending employees getting less salary than new employees. Policy are not good. Salary slabs are not matching. Same experience employees doing same works getting different salary. very huge difference between salaries. The new joined less experience employees getting higher salary than the founder employee. transportation from rural areas not available, petrol allowance not giving if 4 employees coming together by car, canteen quality is not good because of food is not having taste. Yearly Increament not getting on time every time delayed by 3-4 months. After all employees asking continueously to there manager & HR then giving. Giving reason like from headquarter increment approval is pending. HR team also continuosly changed due to that policy also not revised properly. Also HR giving commitment to employees and after some days this HR left company & the new HR not considering the previous HR commitments. AC not running in Shop floor for cost saving. Continuously saying AC under maintenance. Shop floor is fully closed Due to that fresh air not coming in Shop floor. 3 shift working. Shift timings not flexible. Saturday Sunday off but manufacturing team has to work on Saturday Sunday for completion of Target. Giving forced leave to employees whenever material shortage & at the end of month start daily 13 hr working by changing shift timings. HR team & manager making poltics with employees. Give increament to person who are in their favour also who are coming on Saturday Sunday. For unfortunate events like death very less amount (30000₹) given to employees family as per policy. For adding father mother in mediclaim policy employee has to pay the money. There's no chair available in tea area for seating employees in tea break who are continuously working in standing position. Contract employees job is not secure because almost 5 years they are working but till company not taking them onroll. Bachelor engineering candidate also working on contact basis from last 5 years. Also they are not allowed to carry mobile in company. Without any reason HR fire contract employees without any prior notice by saying them don't come from tomorrow. Top management is outside of Maharashtra who gave opportunity to their people's only and some people who are in their favour.

Job security is good. Growth is good. Free food and travel available at Factory. Very Nice Factory. Gives good exposure.

Worse Health insurance. No travel and food facilities at corporate office. Very less salary. Makes unreasonable bond against performance increments. Poor HR and Management. No job training.

...taff but for Indian cost cutting.. Incentive and Increment is non predictable. Apart from Salary no welfare for employees No food and transport for office staff. Etc
