...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There's is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Rajshree Gautam, HR General Manager at Hyosung India Pvt Ltd, is a characterless person. There are POSH complaints filed against him for harassing female employees, but no action has been taken. Female employees do not feel safe working here. A complaint has also been filed against him at the Karmad Police Station. He has misused company CSR funds for personal gain and has the support of his HR team. The senior management is Korean and he misinforms them about Indian laws. Many wrong things happen in the company, but everyone is trying to save their jobs, so the truth doesn't come out. Working in any department at Hyosung India Pvt Ltd is extremely insecure. Joining the HR team is equivalent to harming one's career.

Working environment and culture are also good. Company provide cafeteria as well as bus both are free service.

Dislikes

There is a lot of polotics and management doesn't adress. Conformation period Is very log. 1 year is sufficient but company police 1.5 years.
