If u are to survive in this company you have to achieve Target by any means. This company has very heavy pressure of sales number. Managers are co operative but the target is everything . Allowance are very low. A part of salary goes in allowance.

...acks Their commitment is not true, They are telling that after 6 months i will get on payroll, But nothing happened, And mostly the salary hike is also nothing

I,m technical in this company.. but I don't want work as a technical..want to become sales person like BDO or BDM why???? B,coz in my company respect only sales person not technical..

They are encouraged everyone to get out this situation soon. Most importantly they are not stopped salary during covid -19 & supporting staff by health & wealth. Encourage team member & society to come out this situation.

Company is so good & proud to say I am part of this organization. They very caring each & every employees. Which is very important . I learn alot from the management.

I don't dislike anything other than the salary of those employees who worked for a long time is not increased as less experience employee get a higher salary than them. I hope they will consider this in future.
