The most unprofessional company I ever worked. Even though they sign an agreement with the employee, they violate. Because the owner is a crooked individual who always find excuses to cheat the employees not paying the Salaries/benefits offered in the agreement. There is no ethics.

...r/ Global HR Manager is doing marketing job to get the manpower on free of cost. Once you ask for salary, they will take it as abuse to them and they will even suspend you and not pay your salaries. There is no value for the commitment of these HR Persons to employees , since the owner only takes dicision.

Hygiene Fresh is an excellent company for hard working and dedicated employees. They have no tolerance for passive and unproductive work habits. If you are genuinely committed to personal and professional growth, this company provides ample opportuniites to grow.

All teammates are dissatisfied and many of them resigned from service and others are preparing to leave.

Very poor HR policy. A single person-so called owner- takes decisions in his own way. Even yearly increments are denied to employees.
