Can't find anything to like but I like the growth of the company

Dislikes

Employees are not given salary increment properly. In other companies bonus is given once in a year but in this company bonus is not given even once in two years. The company does not motivate the employees to work well. At least once every four months, it would be good to include a meeting and dinner where all the managers meet face-to-face

Likes

Good learning of data management. Freedom to work on your style and work on projects. Supportive management.

Dislikes

Very poor supporting team, no collaborations , No appreciation for achieving things, poor HR policy , not employee oriented, no accountability on things communicated to support team. Too many follow up for each thing to be executed.
