It's a different type of work so learning about that is interesting but that also is short lived.

They don't really have a training/onboarding process. Trainers are not allocated extra time/compensation to train new hires so trainers don't have dedicated time to train even. Training the new hires is usually added to their usual workload. Their hiring process is questionable as well, targeting young girls who need to WFH only. The workload is overwhelming and the people assigning the work don't have any idea about the time any task takes. There is an expectation to work nonstop without breaks and long hours almost every day. Not sure if the owners are really bothered about the company as they do not know anything about ground-level operations or have any idea about the actual work many of the staff are doing. The company is run with minimal staff, often overworked and underpaid. Exiting the company is made difficult as well, with accusations against the employees, etc. High attrition rate due to the training/onboarding process and behavior of reporting officer/team lead which is clear as soon as someone joins. Thoroughly unprofessional.

It's a learning experience. Training is good. Can work from home.

...l be value adding...Not exactly a corporate so no fixed HR policy or benefits...compensation process is questionable...since they only work from home, work life balance isn't great because working hours are almost always more than 12 hours, so sometimes it feels like all we do is just cheap labour for the people who are actually making money. Work gets monotonous over time.

Ni professionalism..no work life balance..they will give u one day training and expect you to work from the second day. They say it's 9 to 6 job..but as soon u join this pathetic company u will be told u have to work from 9am to even 2 am in the morning if the work doesn't complete.. moreover they expect it from the very second day of ur joining. It's an useless company..be unemployed for few more days rather than joining this company..and don't fall for their work from home option..u wouldn't be able to move an inch for entire day..a big NO

Work life balance is not even a concept. They make you work like anything. Training is a joke. No one trains actually. But a lot is expected to deliver. Work culture and politics is the worst. It is definitely not 9 to 6 it is 9 to whenever you complete your quota allotted which doesn’t have any limit and which doesn’t get over so easily.
