Dislikes

I am compelled to share concerns regarding the unprofessional work environment at hydroflux. The management, including the owner, consistently displays inappropriate behavior, blurring professional boundaries with junior employees. Specifically: 1. Unwanted physical contact and inappropriate gestures towards female colleagues. 2. Favoritism towards certain employees, creating an uneven playing field. 3. Lack of professionalism and unorthodox decision-making. Key individuals, including Himanshu, Rosy, Chhabra, and Rajat, contribute to this toxic atmosphere. The organization's focus on project-based business, expectation of business like FMCG companies, is hindered by poor management practices and an unfavorable work environment. I strongly advise against engaging with this organization due to their questionable business ethics and unprofessional conduct
