Admired and valued among its clients for manufacturing and exporting filter press products. They are providing high performance, easy maintenance and good operations.The clean atmosphere to work with co-workers. On-site project approach is in well defined manner for clients and workers. Client satisfaction is the main target to acheive, thus enhance the development of company.

The training for new comers is insufficient to learn.The rate of salary growth is moderate. There is no sudden growth in career.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
