Inefficient and highly arrogant local management, weak sales team, bad work environment, never get variable pay, no fair appraisal system, not a good place to work for professionals.

A global company with a strong legacy in aluminium business. The company puts lot of focus on safety of it's employees.

The management team in India is very uncompetitive and too much internal politics.
