The following few things are the reason to work here 1.getting salary before the next month start. 2.following safety at work place 3.the cost of living is manageable in this area 4.railway transport is available to all area where I need to go.

Dislikes

As I mentioned in rating apart from salary there is nothing. A person who is capable to hands on work and managing destructive situation ( **frequently happening one** ) can survive here. Last but not least Always you should meet Plant head even if you are at low level.
