Likes

Name keolis mnc, but in India compared to 3rd party contractors it's worst one. Nothing to like in this organisation.

Dislikes

Don't join this organisation, no salary hikes and no work balance, at the starting they provide OJT, that's fine, but after OJT no use, nothing to learn.

Hyderabad Metro helps me to improve my communication skills much better because we have to interact continually with the passengers every day some times we come across difficulty for convenience the passengers for their inappropriate travelling without ticket. And crowd control during special events like uppal cricket i,e IPL . Mostly we are being met around 1500 passengers daily . It's slowly day by day increasing .

I have been working since one and half year but zero hike in my salary, due to that is a contract based job . Here contracts are being changed every year. Now I unable to continue with that salary. So that i am would like to move away.

As this company has given a good experience growth for my career for next level I am just worried that they are failes to stop me to leave th organization because they don't plan and care about our growth that we have good experience I strongly believe HR and management are completely failed to show us career path. I proudly say that I worked in prestiges project. I love to go back and work for the company . They should care and show some job security. Any how thanks to Keolis for giving me such wonderful experience and many more great memories.I Miss this organization but they should keep plan something good to the staff too.
