... .* favouritism is really big issue. * you will never get paid well in hotels. * long working hours without any extra pay. Management expect you to work for 12 hours as it is normal working hours of company.

Hyatt as a brand is really a good brand to work with but park hyatt is not following the company policies

No staff caring , no hike in salary no promotions, Hr team is really rude it is actually dictatorship, rally it is compelled to work with

Compensation was poor, no groth opportunities. Work pressure was too high, sometimes, I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value your efforts and strengths. No trainings nothing will be provided to you. Please never ever join Hyatt Regency Chennai at all.

this job training is good but limted, no career growth , no salary & appaisal ,no work environment this job avrage .

this company working is very poor & i have attend client calls in the eveving and sometimes late in to night , No over time & all time working .

Hyatt employee policy, Team members. Otherwise I won't recommend for those who are looking for money, promotion etc. Once you get confirmation, then there is job security.
