I'm interested for a company with good salary and good company policies for me family future supporting. I like a management with transferent for my skills improve. Appraisals are fair and that give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given tonew joiners.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
