Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ort they put in. The only thing the administration cares about is work politics. Teachers are given a pittance in the name of salary. One might not even receive the salary sometimes, even after continuous reminders. This was the case before COVID outbreak. One could imagine the situation now.

The School premise is good, students are smart and the locality is peaceful.

Dislikes

...dates of joining. The principal lacks minimum respect for the teaching staff. Pay scale is also kept hidden. They offer you something and then technically never pay you that much.
