The experience of working as IT ADMIN in the school was satisfactory as the environment involving collegue and management was co operative.There was a little growth in the field of networking as the need for network security was not much required and optimization and upgrading of network systems was not an important issue.Still there was a lot that one could have learnt in how to to maintain good relationship with other office members.The balance of life with work was good as the work wasn't too hectic and their were no shifts and travelling was easier as the school society was in close premises.

Dislikes

My abilities and technical and communicating skills weren't utilised efficiently.There was less scope for innovation,professionalism as against politics.
