No appraisal(they have a no hike no promotion policy), work life balance is terrible they will expect you to work at all 7 days, refuse leave, gossip about you, publicly scold etc

Its been my 11th month here at Hurix. Its simply awesome. The management is very caring and they know your efforts and struggle (especially during COVID). Luckily I've been gifted with the most understandable and sweetest team. Thoroughly satisfied !

Dislikes

There's nothing as such, but the salary is a little low. The reason is that this field is slow but steady.

Stressfree work life and great team coordination . There is a pleasant work environment . Well organized project schedule and very good guidance given. Suggestions and ideas are always welcome .

Dislikes

Cafeteria is too small to accomodate people. Growth is really slow both in terms of salary and work.
