... talk with the upper management about the employees concerns regarding anything. Very less salary as a developer. Even after probation you won't get the salary which was promised.You will have to beg everyday to make that happen. And even after that you wont get the Salary which was finalized at the time of interview. Very bad Experience working at Huntsjob. Be very careful while joining. Also nothing is provided as document everything is verbal here.

...ch is highly unsettling and demotivating. The pay is far below market standards. Despite being hired as a fresher, even with prior experience, the starting salary is just 15k, which is barely enough for basic living expenses. There's no guarantee of financial stability, and salary hikes or bonuses seem to be non-existent. The leave approval process is overly complicated and bureaucratic. It's a hassle to get leave approved, and there's no clarity on how or if you can receive for unused leaves at the end of the year. This lack of clarity and flexibility can lead to frustration. The management seems out of touch with the IT industry and its evolving demands. They fail to understand the industry's working culture, which results in poor decision-making. Additionally, if you voice any concerns or frustration, management may even encourage you to resign rather than address the issues.
