toxic culture, their manager (S H E F A L I )are on cloud 9 for literally NOTHING , zero management skills, will take out their personal frustration on you and feels they literally own your life. will ask to work for 12+ hours plus weekend. The three founders will give all fake motivation, plus their head HR is the most toxic person I have ever met. She took all my mental peace while I was on my notice. If you want to ruine you mental peace, join them.

You can learn a lot from any company, but it largely depends on your manager. If your manager is motivating and encouraging you to do your best, then you can achieve a lot. However, if you have a poor manager, it can be very difficult to gain anything valuable from the experience. I’ve noticed that every account managers often lack effective management and leadership skills.

The work culture at HuntingCube is very toxic for freshers starting their careers in the recruitment vertical of HR. The account managers are often unkind, and I personally faced instances of physical harassment and mental health issues while working there. There is no work-life balance; I frequently had to work late into the night, often until 1 or 2 AM after comeback onhome at 9 PM, and then start my day again at 9 AM sharp. There is no defined end to the probation period upon joining, which means that if you don't meet their expectations, they may lay you off. Promotions and appraisals are also based on your joining date, which can lead to frustrations. During your probation period, there are no leaves allowed, meaning that if your probation lasts for six months, you will only receive one earned leave for each month and also if you don't meet up their expectations then you have to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well . While there is a work-from-home (WFH) policy, it is not consistently followed, especially for new employees. Sometimes salaries are even deducted for WFH, despite there being no proper submission process in place. There are various politics at play within the company as well. Based on my experiences, I would advise against joining this company.

This is the worst company one can get into. Do not join if u want mental peace. They will act sweet before you join and once you get into the company there will be internal politics . All of my friends facing the same problem . They will make you work on weekends.

Work culture, managers are too bossy and shouting on team members, treat employee like labour, Job insecurities, unrealistic target, a lot of work pressure (recruiter start work at 8 am and end their work at 10-11 pm)
