... leave the jobs and also there is no senior authorities who cares for the staff. And also they will promise you an amount as your salary and you'll get something else. If you go to inform HR team they don't even reply or check. Worst company

The company itself is to be disliked as they dnt think for the employees. Fake promises, forcing employee to leave the jobs, salary integration, company senior don't reply to your mails,

Good work environment.April 20 to June 20 I have paid 50 % of salary July 20 to December 20 unpaid leave

Management doesn't have enough fund to distribute the salary for all the employees Due to that most of the employees are in unpaid leave

It’s very advantage for hotel background students who wanted to know more into cafeteria operations and how food industry works. I didn’t get any support, Since I have resigned bcz it’s common once we exit organisation.

As mentioned in the aspects I didn’t see any compensation/benefits & also career growth. I believe that company gives its best to their employees, but ppl misuse their position by involving politics which impacts others career.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . Company policies are good .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Free food. It has a pretty relaxed work culture, but it depends on your manager. Bangalore has a more relaxed culture compared to other cities.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No proper hierarchy or structure, very low & delayed increments/salary hike. Nothing is fixed, same role & same experience, two different candidates will get extremely different salaries. Avoid this company, work only if you have no other option or are looking for a relaxed company with hardly any learning or growth.
