Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Management is very understanding they believe to provide good working atmosphere and believe to sustain manpower for long.

This company mangement Is zero they don't take stand for the company employees..even this company bus service is too bad and the drive is like a peace of shit..if he tell something to your employee they don't take it seriously.. I don't expect such type of management from any company
