There is full job security whether u do anything or not as no one knows what to do and HR doesnt care to bother . You can watch youtube full day (if u can)... P.S. : If u want to earn free money without doing anything, then this is the best place for u.. Tips : Even the interviewer doesn't know anything about the product so u can easily fool him by writing anything in your Resume and can easily obtain the job in any field by just applying...

Dislikes

- No teamwork at all. - No work culture and environment - Even the CEO of the company doesnt care - Company comprises of a total of 6-7 members in which only 2 knows what to work and about the product. Rest all enjoy watching youtube videos. - No parties and perks (not even when done a good work) - Dont go for this company if u want your bright future

There no one experienced lead at there to teach you so you can write code in you own way.

Dislikes

1. Will ate you tax at the end of financial year and not provide you form-16. 2. No working environment and culture. 3. HR and CEO always said to do a task with in a hour in a way of jugaad. 4. Nothing to learn. 5. Using updated plug-ins. 6. Rules can be suddenly change. 7. Haven't seen any kind of refreshment party at there. 8. Saturday week off can change at any time. 9. Keep eye on you when you are in office. 10. Don't know how to run company. 11. Negative attitude of HR.
