I have experience of approx 4 years in the company, environment here will teach you actual and utmost important things of life, the discipline, integrity and work life balance. Periodic outing to keep everyone rejuvenated and stress free, continous learning are the core focus of the management. They keep on exploring new things and provide opportunities to employees at all the levels. Supporting higher education is the next step initiated by the firm. Company culture and work life balance is such that everyone looks up to.

The only good thing is that they focus on learning otherwise there is nothing good. It is more than a school.

Environment is so bad, COO of the company Intentionally create competition and play politics with all. There is no management or team which addresses your issues. They will make you sign bond for 1 year and for that period the torture you and scare you for different issues and if you want to leave then they ask for penalty or your one month salary.

Work-life balance, learning and training, picnic and outings like in schools.

Dislikes

Work is normal but micro management is extreme. Upper level management is egoistic about their company. Seniors are dominant and they vomit everything about everyone to upper management. School like environment. Very very rigid policies.
