Management should have to work on employee development plant and should find out for their carrier & goal pant, Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, I have worked their 6 years and I did my best but cant my growth. The company employees are hard worker. They are working honestly.

Dislikes

...rces them to give resign any time. Everyboby enters in the factory with tension. Salary and other benefits are normal. Employees works hard and honestly, but they have not getting benefit of this. Company will give benefit in system only. While appraisal, the good points are filled infront of appraisee.After appraisee leves the room manager change the remarks and forward the appraisal. So recently there is no work satisfaction. Employees fills unsecure. They have no job security. Hence company culture will be spoiled.
