It is very reported industry and well maintain, everyone like to start a carrier with this group, The management was very supported, There was TEAM work.

Management should have to work on employee development plant and should find out for their carrier & goal pant, Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, I have worked their 6 years and I did my best but cant my growth. Manager should have to plan for employee carrier, their JD, their future plan and how to build their performance

Huhtamaki is very good platform for work, rules and regulations are very strong. If you have good qualification and Experience, then salary scale is very good, Work environment is very nice. You can work in this company for long time...

They don't provide the required man power you have to do your job on less manpower. No job security they fire within a minute. Promotions and appraisal are given to telu guy's.

I like only 1thing is salary done in time regularly.

1) No job security, 2) no mental satisfaction, 3) managerial Harassment, 4) though intimate in time can't get leave, 5) lo salary, 6) canteen food, 7) contact superior behavior like manager, 8) no importance to hardworking men.

The company employees are hard worker. They are working honestly.

...rces them to give resign any time. Everyboby enters in the factory with tension. Salary and other benefits are normal. Employees works hard and honestly, but they have not getting benefit of this. Company will give benefit in system only. While appraisal, the good points are filled infront of appraisee.After appraisee leves the room manager change the remarks and forward the appraisal. So recently there is no work satisfaction. Employees fills unsecure. They have no job security. Hence company culture will be spoiled.
