The word culture doesn't exist. 24/7 job, which by the way you take home with you every time you leave the office. Few managers there made our lives miserable.

Upper management gutted me out without any prior notice and without any compensation. My manager's behavior was very unprofessional. Most of the time members of my team were slanged with racist slurs just because we belonged to NE state. When we complained no one took any notice. Don't waste time running behind these VSAT companies. They have nothing to offer and there is no scope in the RF sector.

Rarely found a like - Salary come on time.

Dislikes

1. HR team is almost “Zero”. They don’t care if employee is disturb due to any issue in company, if an employee don’t get mediclaim in hospital, if an employee don’t have any clarity in his/her offer letter. HR gives fake commitments in offer letter. In offer letter sales incentive they mentioned quarterly payout but they hold it for years time and May increase that too, no calculations will provide how they calculated, and during the holding time if you put the papers it’s ZERO. And incentive is 30% of your CTC. 2. Contract management team is “ZERO” level, they are duffers and works in conventional mode. 3. Sales top management is in the company since 15-20 years and they don’t do anything just sits inside the cabin and enjoy their long term association. 4. Service delivery is poor and customers are hell frustrated. 5. In service delivery team, mainly workforce is 15-20 years old and they don’t give a shit about work and enjoy their long term association. 6. PreSales team have their own mood swings, if they are in mood they will work else not. Not recommended to join this team. 7. KAMs are the most poor team of this company, they work hard, they go out in summers winters, they bring business but company don’t them pay them on time. They are just crying like hell to get incentive but neither HR which is already mentioned duffer team nor top management nor anybody listen to KAMs and give them pressure like anything. 8. Few top management persons are the roadblock of Hughes success since they don’t want to introduce new product in company portfolio else they will loose their cut from the vendor. 9. No canteen in office, an open area where bees will dance on your food. 10. Administration is ZERO. No water in jets in washroom. Handwash is of very bad quality and dirty washrooms.

Team head was supportive and fair in work as well as personal attitude. Environment is good and salary hike and bonus are fair given on the basis of our efforts no partial.
