The good thing about that job is that I learned many things about Indian railways because my site is on the railway Depot.

You can think that if a company terminates you on going a holiday for your own engagement after working 135 regularly whitout any rest though they give 15 days so called holiday day after 90 days of regular work whitout any week off and in the both day and night shift and if you take rest for 1 shift after working 5-6 days in both shifts than you should be guilty and no body knows on which day we get our salary it can be any date between 15th and 30th. On festivals you get salary before 1 day or on the same day. Many things to discribe but you can understand all things just after reading this not a friendly environment for site workers.

...any with Unprofessional people. It's just like you are working in a fish market. They do not pay your salary on time. For january salary you have to wait for February and so on.... No Hygiene. Bathrooms are so dirty just like sulabh sauchalay. Rats are there. It's been more than 45 days I left that company and My F&F is not done yet by them. They don't bother replying your emails or answering your calls. I have mailed them several times no reply. How Unprofessional they are this is clear with this gesture by them. This is the first time in my life that I came across such a 3rd class company to work with. Happy that I left it in one month only. Never ever join this company I repeat never!

I have been working in this company for last 10 months or this company is the worst company, salary is not on time, there is no PF, there is no medical or they cut the salary for some reason or the workers are made to do double duty or over time. force to do

...ork after the office time. They pressured to employee's for heavy load of work. Less Salary Increment. No Bonus. No promotion. No Medical Benefits. They are looking for a chance to deduct your Salary. No professional work.
