The good thing about that job is that I learned many things about Indian railways because my site is on the railway Depot.

Dislikes

You can think that if a company terminates you on going a holiday for your own engagement after working 135 regularly whitout any rest though they give 15 days so called holiday day after 90 days of regular work whitout any week off and in the both day and night shift and if you take rest for 1 shift after working 5-6 days in both shifts than you should be guilty and no body knows on which day we get our salary it can be any date between 15th and 30th. On festivals you get salary before 1 day or on the same day. Many things to discribe but you can understand all things just after reading this not a friendly environment for site workers.

...djust in one room Like mumbai city's No other expenses provided Bhogash company I consult salary will be provided last month salary to current month 25 Means salary will be provided next month end If u got any job in this company please first u got ticket and exp first if u invest your own money company will not responding Ok Be careful when you joined first Thank you Site employees got leaves At least once in a year

Total diss like trapped for hired employees So my suggestion you can't go for ready to join first u consult each and every one suitivation very bad experience will facing my side ,if u r up or same related state u will be depoted at least 2000km for home U can't work home state like site employees Thank you for reading

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
