Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I've worked here sincerely for 2+ years Have worked sometimes 8am to 12-2am (17-20) hrs, sometimes on weekends and i was permanent employee, still they never do any overtime payment or appraisal, no salary on time and if you ask them why they are not doing it on time they'll reply you arrogantly, after i asked them for the overdue payment they layed off me without any notice and all, very cheep behavior, they changed google account id and password during weekends and send layed off mail on monday. This is how they are treating with their permanant employees so I'll not suggests to happened that kinda scenario with anyone
