Salary structure Increment structure Levelling sheet Work life balance Hudl threat employees like slave. I won't recommend this company for engineers it is for BA. In last 6 years my salary is increased by only 12k it's from 18k to 30k.

Extremely high work pressure If the work not completed in shift you have to wait after shift. you are expected to work like robot. No job security they will not think twice before firing you or force you to resign. Join only if Ur not getting job anywhere

...s company u will see that the so could head or decision makers of this company To reduce employees salary and take all the new comers on same page they just give hike to new comers. And the person who are working on a different projects they get a invalid reason of not getting hike in there salary . I had also seen that new joiners who had joined this company and also not completed a year they are getting more slary hike then we people who are working hard on so could elite department. We only get reason we do not get hike after working for 4 years i am less in salary then the person who is in lower department and with only working experience of 9 month 👏👏👏nice please don't come here because new joiners who are getting hike now will face same issue like us in future this is culture of this company

No work-life balance. No skill development. No increment in salary. Company culture is very toxic expect if you get a good understanding Team Leader. There is no job security if for some nonrelevent reason you are responsible then they won't even think twice about keeping you in company. No hope for promotions and all other thing. Event if you are completing your work frankly and for that work your are getting bad rating then it is all your fault then what is the point of doing your work properly if you will get rewarded badly for no reason. Increment is totally based on point system which is based on your individual sports rating and that rating is given according to coaches and they will give it like whatever they have in mind.

Nothing to like about this company except its work-from-home, that too after a long "6 months long probation" period where there is no job security in those 6 months.

Dislikes

There are many things to dislike. There is a huge amount of useless work with skills that have no use in the market, and the salary is very low for the amount of work. No compensation, recognition and overtime. Very minimum salary hike that too is not guaranteed, have to work extremely hard to get a minimum hike. And even after reaching the highest position, you'll not get a CTC of more than 5.0LPA. Every minute of work gets monitored, can not take some breaks during work, even lunch break or other breaks gets monitored it's like you are in school or jail. The worst part is the leave policy. You'll get leaves in your account but you can not use them, all leaves will get rejected. Rotational shifts plus no Saturday-Sunday offs, zero personal life. 2 weekly offs on weekdays but that can also get shortened to 1day. No holidays or leaves on festivals or national holidays, Diwali, 15th August, etc. These holidays are mentioned in operations calendar but will not get it and have to work compulsory on those days.
