The company owner is good. But the management is very bad.

Dislikes

The working environment here is not good.salary does not come on time.thare is no job security at all.The top management also harassment the ladies and acts as per their wish. The one who leaves the company is not paid salary.

I am not liking to work with hudei metals.If get job opportunity then I will resign from there on the spot.

There are no policies, Management did wrong commitment to all employees. No working environment, No human safety..Not following and Management system like ISO 9001:2015,IATF,

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
