Work is very satisfaction in all employees.

Dislikes

Salary leval is very low in chemist, executive. Manager leval facility is very good but other leval facility is very low compared with Manager Leval facility.

Likes

There’s so much to learn here especially for chemical engineering graduates. No hectic work and also work life balance is pretty much good here than rest of companies.

Dislikes

No salary for lower grade people. And also vast differentiation of pay scale for same grade. With rare promotions and hike which is same as useless. Even a small time cart seller or worker earns more than newly joined graduates.

...n of Covid 19, now the working atmosphere in company is became more challenging. However Hubergroup is believe in not to reduced their manpower and give salary and wages in time without made any kind of deductions in compare to other big companies...which is very good we can say.

Dislikes

Heavy work load found in company.after.penmamic.and cause of this employee feel hampered and getting confused.

Overall company is excellent but some of department hed are tourchering to employees, even though all the employees finish their work well in time but department hed insisting for late sitting. Overall Huber company is excellent.

I doing printing ink &lamination trouble shooting .and customer any requirement get full fill.Ex, ink Bond,ink setup ,new produced develop ,mom report as issue customer problems short out,every day discus meeting our top management ,teamwork ,this is my work in this group,

If have any customer issue ,i con not shoot out yourself, than inform to top management .but sir not coming quickly answer .after few days this answer send by mail,therefore i am so sorry ,
