... because of favoritism. 95% of them can't even write a 2-3 line mail properly. HR Policies - Highly inconsistent Salary Structure with changes which are done based on Employees' relation with the Management. In practice, HR should be the SPOC for an employee which is not the case here. Unrealistic reasoning and minimal outlook and focus on making things unnecessarily complicated. In short, a Grocery Store might have a better set of rules and ethics.

Need to change the Indian Management from Top to Bottom. People are being retained against fake resignations/offers and this whole process is being supported/entertained by a few Dept. Heads.

Very poor culture and upper management 5 to 6 members take all benefits here..only internal politics. Forcefully sign the bond by employees to don't leave here. HR involves in each activities of work even of they don't know the everything. No appraisal on the basis of work only selected candidates got. Even they are baised .

They called 26 hard working employees ( who actually worked to achieve the turnovers) for the meeting and fired without letting them to atleast pick their belongings from their seats Top management is like rats only enjoying the benefits and everybody else is scared to be fired

Managment make the decision on the basis of assumption and there feeling not on the basis of fact and figures. There are bunch of incompetent people in the organisation who are in there position for decade and they have the mindset are they are not open for new ideas. People at management level are insecure since they have not seen the life outside Huber Suhner.
