Your seniors will never spare any chance of scolding you and you will be their target if u oppose them. And no one will Co operate in enhancing ur skill but mountain of routine report making would be given to you. In simple words they generally hire data entry operator in the form of Engineers

No training will be given to you and you are assigned there to make reports there

...i , learning opportunities is very good. One can work in multiple technologies . Compensation and benefits are very good. Hike and bonus are very high based on the performance of individual.

Working time is very long . Quite difficult to manage work life balance.

No work life balance, employees are humiliated by the managers, there is immense negativity between all team members as everyone is out to save his skin and so blame game everytime, manager has full power over employees and there is NO HR in sight that's why all employees are on 4th party roles so that they can be hired and fired anytime.

Compensation and benefits are really good but working culture and job security is not at all worth mentioning.

There is a huge difference between On role and off role employees although both work hand in hand for the benefits and excellence of the company but generally all the accolades and awards were presented to on role . management's inclination is much more towards them.

Salary and bonus structure is good. Opportunities are more and onsite is also high Less politics among Indians, since it is managed by Chinese at top level

All management decisions are taken by Chinese, Indians are just to do the manual work No Technology transfer, lack of trust with management No work life balance
