...y, Compensation is odd and not fairly distributed , promotion not given fairly . They will hire juniors freshers and pay them more than a seniors , when seniors ask about the same they simply refuse to compensate , same juniors will work under those senior for more salary and in less salary you have to deliver more than them. Work life balance is one of the worst . Chinese has more power than Indian. They can force higher management to change employee appraisal even though employee is good.
