all good. good salay, good hike, plus point they provide bonus per 6 month we got 1.5 or 2 salary bonus. all good

nothing to dislikes. as however due to our hopeless government this company is not in india now. so, this is dislike only

...i , learning opportunities is very good. One can work in multiple technologies . Compensation and benefits are very good. Hike and bonus are very high based on the performance of individual.

Working time is very long . Quite difficult to manage work life balance.

It's china company,you can feel some policies are not good as compared to other MNC companies. Most of the projects related to huawei own projects and their own technologies. It will help to huawei,but once you come out most of the skills not usefull out side of this organisation. People get onsite opportunities easily if you are working on huawei technology and if you have good understanding about huawei products and work culture.

...ut monitored strictly for contractors. No permanent opportunity for contractors.salary hike are less ,but bonus will be there and finally it's based on work and etc.. again.

The Bonus and annual increments are good

No work life balance, employees are humiliated by the managers, there is immense negativity between all team members as everyone is out to save his skin and so blame game everytime, manager has full power over employees and there is NO HR in sight that's why all employees are on 4th party roles so that they can be hired and fired anytime.

To be honest there is nothing good to look for here. Senior management think employees as donkey. Only the good part is you will get the salary in time.

Dislikes

Everything is bad except the in time salary, though the salary is comparatively very very less and it wouldn't meet your requirements or satisfaction. More work less salary.
