Majority of employees of Huawei are off role and they get no perks except their salary and the work schedule is hectic to take care of ur family tym and health. Your seniors will never spare any chance of scolding you and you will be their target if u oppose them. And no one will Co operate in enhancing ur skill but mountain of routine report making would be given to you. In simple words they generally hire data entry operator in the form of Engineers

No training will be given to you and you are assigned there to make reports there

The Bonus and annual increments are good

No work life balance, employees are humiliated by the managers, there is immense negativity between all team members as everyone is out to save his skin and so blame game everytime, manager has full power over employees and there is NO HR in sight that's why all employees are on 4th party roles so that they can be hired and fired anytime.
