Pathetic work culture. Feels like you are imprisoned with strict log in time which is swipe based, even if late by 1 minute half day attendance is cut. Chinese wolf culture, driven by military values of PLA army,who founded the company..Highly micromanaged to the core and are confined to office seats for 9 hours which is closely watched by concerned team delegated. Overall fully suffocated workaholics with insane addiction to work can survive at the cost of family life. No wfh basically as per policy and pathetic work life balance.

Dislikes

High rigid top level management from China, who don't listen to any issues nor feedbacks and don't change at all.
