I think the work culture and management is nice, but as a matter of fact I've just joined so can't say much.

Like any company in India, they pay peanuts, thats the only problem, and I joined in sales bcoz of my situation right now otherwise I hate sales.

...r than joining this organisation, please get whatever the HR offers, in writing. And ask them for your desired pay. They will squeeze you for every ounce of work, so ensure you get the maximum incentive out of them. Work-life balance: 0/5 Please don't join this company if you need work-life balance. In papers, they will say only Mon to Fri and only alternate Saturdays working. During the honeymoon period of you joining the company, they won't pressurise you much. Once it is over and you are settled, then they will grill you like anything. Gradually you will realise you are "expected" to work on all Saturdays. And gradually your managers will send you (email) work on Sundays (which happened to me as well). They won't call you and ask you to work; they will text you in Whatsapp to get it done. If you deny they'll send the screenshots to HR. If you are in Insurance Sales or Ops, your timing can be 9.30-11 am to 7-9 pm. I personally know a guy who used to work for them who had developed a form of encephalitis (swelling of brain) due to work stress. Another girl has become an anxiety disorder patient. Both of them were thrown out of the organisation mercilessly. Same problem happened with a guy in insurance sales. Conclusion: If you are financially well off and if you can afford at least a few months living expenses (if you get fired), if you want to get challenged and to play with dooming your career and future prospects, you may join them.

...ke just skip this offer as your life will turn upside down once you join here. The one good thing is you will receive your salary on time for all the torture you suffer in this asylum.

There are more CEOs in this company than employees The job security is shit as they will fire you for no reason The management is self centred and ego maniacs you have to address them sir and even mention "Sir" in email communication or you will be in their bad books Lot of politics and management has made the work atmosphere so toxic you will need a psychiatrist once you resign from this company, there is huge fight and indifference between top guys in management and you will be forced to take a side.

Pathetic work culture. Don't even dream about work life balance. Might force you to spend 15 hours of your day for work. Believe me you will be asked to work on your weekly offs too. Due to bad reviews about the company, Manager's & HR's started asking the employees to put positive reviews on sites and google. If you note the review dates you may notice that in Google review.

Worked with lot of other sectors but find this as best organization to work with in terms of career and pay. One of the best part is the transparency, always motivating leaders, highly supportive in every corner and adversities that you face across. Career & personality development is again one of the best thing you can have.
