First of all, the company HTIC Global is a shell company which doesn't have any business activity of its own. Job Security: 0/5 This is a family-owned business; all they want are people who works very hard to get them sales i.e. revenue. Even people who are reasonably well performing will get fired if their relationship with their managers are not good. They will hire people with good track record of success in their careers and once they get their job done, they will throw them out suddenly and mercilessly. They have destroyed a lot of good people's careers irrevocably like this. You will be added in a sudden google meet and they will let you know you are terminated. The HR (Catherine) will force you to come on camera, as they will record the session and will use it against you in case you end up saying something; you will live with the pain of someone has a humiliating video of you getting fired. I know a case personally who is a widower stayed in Chennai with his 3 years old girl child. He was handling the operations of an MNC. HTIC recruited him and fired him in 3 months giving some fake reasons. Later on, we got to know he started a modern tea outlet as he wasn't considered by the recruiters as the HTIC HR team gave terrible feedback during reference check. Another guy from Dubai who owns a Tours & Holidays company was recruited to head the Digital Sales of HTIC Global's Insurance wing- CRI (Crossroads Insurance Brokers LLC) was fired in 6 months. What is worse is they will hire you and send you to Dubai office to work on visit visa. If you are caught working on visit visa in UAE, you will be fined AED 20,000/- and may end up in jail. They hire from India as the labour is cheap compared to UAE. HR Dept: 1/5 The HR dept is a joke. The recruiting manager (Catherine) will make a lot of sweet talks while recruiting. She will make a lot of false promises- that you will get hike within 3 months of joining or 6 months and so on and so forth- please don't fall for this. If at all you have no other option other than joining this organisation, please get whatever the HR offers, in writing. And ask them for your desired pay. They will squeeze you for every ounce of work, so ensure you get the maximum incentive out of them. Work-life balance: 0/5 Please don't join this company if you need work-life balance. In papers, they will say only Mon to Fri and only alternate Saturdays working. During the honeymoon period of you joining the company, they won't pressurise you much. Once it is over and you are settled, then they will grill you like anything. Gradually you will realise you are "expected" to work on all Saturdays. And gradually your managers will send you (email) work on Sundays (which happened to me as well). They won't call you and ask you to work; they will text you in Whatsapp to get it done. If you deny they'll send the screenshots to HR. If you are in Insurance Sales or Ops, your timing can be 9.30-11 am to 7-9 pm. I personally know a guy who used to work for them who had developed a form of encephalitis (swelling of brain) due to work stress. Another girl has become an anxiety disorder patient. Both of them were thrown out of the organisation mercilessly. Same problem happened with a guy in insurance sales. Conclusion: If you are financially well off and if you can afford at least a few months living expenses (if you get fired), if you want to get challenged and to play with dooming your career and future prospects, you may join them....Read More

Catherine HR. One of the worst HR. I have ever seen in my entire career. She will fire people with out any valid reason. If you say something to her she will keep that in her mind and do revenge on employees. Suddenly she will call and say we Don have much business. So you should sent resignation. Work life balance : Alternate Saturday's are working. - because who doesn’t like spending half their weekends at work? Job security : if you are looking for stability, this is not the place. Barely 10% employees last more than 2 years. In 2024 alone, nearly 200 people came and went. The HR department who directly report to the so called ‘CEO’ has only one employee lasted over a year. That should tell you something. Company culture : What culture ? The management style is a mix of unpredictability and ego battles. Employees start the day by asking “what is the mood of the CEO today?” Because his mood swings dictate the work. He changes his mind so often that even weather forecast are more reliable. And let’s not even get started on the view employees- it’s more like servant- master than team. And we have a saaar maaaadam culture. And they don’t like people being happy. Mental health impact: if you enjoy constant stress, walking on egg shells and having zero say in your work, this is your paradise. Management believes they are always right. And employees are just there to type out their thoughts. You ideas? Not welcome Your well being?? Not a concern. People management: they say people first. But what they mean is profit first. People…. Somewhere down the list. They may be making money but in terms of actual leadership and employee engagement? A big ZERO. FAKE REVIEWS: if you are impressed by the glowing online reviews, just know that most of them are “encouraged” by management. Marketing team even used to write the reviews for the employees.
