My teammates are very cooperate . We should not expect growth. Workers are very cooperate work environment nice. Lot of politics. I have a great experience looking production, calculating the heating element calculation . Erection & commissioning at BHEL/NTPC Sites is another great experience.

Dislikes

There is no development and no plans of improving the business by diversification to other areas with existing machinery. As per GM words they are going to close in few months and keep few workers to do spares.
