The company have lots of equipment and availability of spare parts, so I got lots of experience about different types of equipment and their spares. I worked overall area of the company administration.

Dislikes

The company is an oil field transportation of the Rigging equipments. Most of the administration and management staffs are not an international standard level. No proper salary issue and job security. Due to illustrate management now company has almost finished.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
