I only liked the initial compensation given by the company when I joined. Else every thing is horrible.

No Learning opportunity. No pieces of training. No hike. No Communication with the Manager. No work life balance.

... at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.

No way to know our ratings. If we get to know our negatives then we will be able to correct it. Less hike

1. No in house projects, everything depends on clients 2. Manager hardly bothers about you until unless you are in bench 3. You are just a puppet to fetch money from clients

Dislikes

Less hike in appraisal. Reporting manager is worst. He even not listen concern of employees. Worst HR. They don't have any rights. Everything is decided by manager only.
