1. No in house projects, everything depends on clients 2. Manager hardly bothers about you until unless you are in bench 3. You are just a puppet to fetch money from clients

I have been in HTC for past 5 yrs . In terms of job security and work life balance this is best company . And also I don't find project for myself to improve my technical skill may it's depends on project which you are assigned to it.

Less pay , employee benefits and long notice period (90 days ) . So it will challenging for employees to switch their job as industry expect you to join within 60 days they offer you for new job.

HP teams.. they are jaldras to managers It really depends on manager, some managers are worst No cab for general shift Food court is worst Work from home is less No time flexibility
